The AA-ISP Mentor Program

The AA-ISP Mentor Program connects Inside Sales Professionals seeking career advice and guidance with experienced and knowledgeable sales leaders who share a passion for our profession and a desire to help foster tomorrow's leaders.

The AA-ISP Mentor Pool is comprised of volunteer members from the AA-ISP community at all levels of management who have a common goal to share their experience and help others grow and develop. AA-ISP Mentors offer a diverse range of sales, leadership, and industry experience and include leaders from some of the world's most recognizable companies.

How it Works

The AA-ISP Mentor Program is open to Professional and Corporate level members and allows for mentors/protégés to connect on a regular basis to discuss those specific areas that are most important to the protégé's development.

Protégés initiate the process by submitting their profile for consideration and then conducting a brief introductory call with any perspective Mentors. During the call, the mentor and protégé discuss goals, experiences, interests, and other relevant topics. Once a Mentor has been selected and a relationship has been established, the first mentor/protégé call is scheduled within the first week.

Mentors are available for protégés at all levels - everyone from Representatives to Frontline Managers, to Directors and VP's are eligible to participate and will be matched accordingly.*

The AA-ISP Mentor Program is open to Professional and Corporate members of all levels. Anyone looking to advance their career, get added insight, or talk to a more experienced sales professionals about an issue or challenge, will benefit from participating in the AA-ISP Mentor Program.

Mentors are available for protégés of all levels - everyone from Representatives to Frontline Managers, to Directors and VP's are eligible to participate and will be matched accordingly.*
